CEA Shuttle Bus Info
Due to COVID-19, the AFRC CEA Conference 2022 has been postponed to a date TBD.
Updates will be posted here and sent via email as they become available.
Shuttle service will be provided for conference attendees between the airport and hotel.
Tuesday, 18 Jan - Airport to Hotel
- Rally up at the USO after getting your bags. There will be a rotating 44 PAX bus from 1200 to 1800.
- Round trip for the bus is roughly an hour. So, the time will slide right depending on how long it takes to fill up each time the bus arrives back at the airport.
- There will be an aircrew member at the USO to help guide people to the bus and to keep track of when the last bus left.
Friday, 21 Jan - Hotel to Airport
- There will be a rotating 44 PAX bus from 1300 to 1900.
- Similar to the drop off, the pickup times may slide right because they have one bus.
- Arrangements can be made for earlier departures via 15 PAX van if needed. More details during the conference.
Saturday, 22 Jan - Hotel to Airport
- There will be a rotating 44 PAX bus from 0600 to 1200.
- Similar to the drop off, the pickup times may slide right because they have one bus.
