Due to COVID-19, the AFRC CEA Conference 2022 has been postponed to a date TBD.

If you have not yet registered for the CEA Conference, please go to the A3RB SharePoint from a .mil computer to sign up.

On the registration form, click the "Browse" button to the right of the "Requester" field to find your name in the GAL. Then, fill in the remaining fields, and make sure to check the "Attending Conference" box.

Once you've registered for the conference, book your hotel and flight. We will be providing shuttle service between the airport and hotel, so you shouldn't need a rental car.

Plan to arrive at the San Antonio Airport between 1200 and 1800 on 18 Jan so you can catch one of our shuttle buses and sign-in that evening. Don't forget to bring $20 CASH to pay the landing fee when you arrive.

If you don't have access to this website or the SharePoint Link on your .mil computer, you can still navigate to the registration form. Go to https://afrc.eim.us.af.mil from a .mil computer. Then, under the HQ AFRC tab, select "A3", and under "A3R - Resources and Requirements", click on "A3RB - Air Crew Management" to get to the main A3RB page. Scroll down and click on "2.3.2. CEA Conference Registration". The "Click to Register for Conference" button is about halfway down on the conference registration page. Clicking this button will bring you to the registration form. Then, follow the instructions above to complete your registration.
